Terms and Conditions
COVID Pendemic Postponement: Couple is allowed to change their wedding date without any charges due to pandemic COVID-19 only. If the photographer team is not available on the new postponed date, the photographer will refund the deposit to the couple. Couples need to pay the separate day surcharge fee if the full (1) day wedding session separates into 2 different day events.
This document is a contract made between Lennon Tan Photography referred to hereafter as “Photographer” and The couple, referred to hereafter as “Client”.
Agreement
1.1 CLIENT AGREEMENT: This contract is designed to protect the Client and the Photographer.

Its purpose is to lay down in writing exactly what the Client can expect to receive and what the Photographer will provide. It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement form an integral part of this contract and that no variation or modification shall be effective unless accepted by both parties in writing. This contract for Wedding Photography is effective and binding from the date it is completed and submitted along with the Photographer receiving the deposit payment.

1.2 PHOTOGRAPHERS AGREEMENT: On receipt of this completed contract and the deposit payment the Photographer will reserve the requested date and make no further bookings. The Photographer will provide their selected service as highlighted in 3. section for the agreed fee.
Booking
2.1 CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: To reserve the shooting date, the Photographer requires a deposit payment of RM1000 (wedding photography) or 50% deposit (pre wedding & special package) for the completion of this booking. The Photographer will not hold any date open without receipt of said deposit payment and the completed booking form. The deposit payment is non-refundable for any reason, except if the Photographer cancels this contract for any reason.
All deposits should be made payable to Lennon Tan Rui Nern via online transfer to Maybank: 311140539384.

2.2 CANCELLATION BY CLIENT: Such deposit is to secure the date, time, and service of The Photographer which is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation of the wedding event due to whatever reasons.

2.3 CANCELLATION BY PHOTOGRAPHER: If the Photographer cancels this contract, their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. The deposit paid by the Client shall be refunded by the Photographer to the Client within 14 days from the date of cancellation of the contract.

2.4 CONSULTATION: The Photographer will provide a consultation where the details of your wedding will be covered. This consultation can be done in person or through online video calls.

2.5 PAYMENT: A deposit payment along with the completion of this contract secures your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days after the wedding date. The price of the wedding package is inclusive of the deposit and all prices quoted at the time of booking will be honored. Prices in force at the time of booking are those written in this contract, which is accepted by the completion of this booking form and the payment of the deposit.

2.6 RESCHEDULE: If the Client reschedules their wedding/shooting date and the Photographer is available, they can use their deposit towards the new date. If the Photographer is not available, the Photographer will refund the paid deposit to the Client

2.7 ADDITIONAL COVERAGE:
(Engagement /Pre-Wedding) Any additional sessions over the agreed package, that do not fit into any of the packages offered, are charged at RM500 per session. This must be agreed upon the shooting date.
(Wedding Day) Any additional time booked over the agreed package, that does not fit into any of the other packages offered, is charged at RM400 per hour (per team). This must be agreed upon the date of the wedding.

2.8 SEPARATE/SPLIT DAY: (Wedding Day) The wedding happens more than 1 day, also known as separate or split day wedding, is charged at RM500 per day. So the Photographer will reserve and stop other Clients from booking on those dates.

2.9 OUTSTATION:
(Engagement /Pre-Wedding) There is no outstation surcharge fee for any destination (overseas) for Engagement /Pre-Wedding now.
(Wedding Day) There will be a surcharge for places outside of Klang Valley, Melaka, Malaysia, and overseas. Kindly inquire the outstation rates from the Photographer. We recommend at least 2 Photographers for outstation weddings. The client is required to provide accommodations, air-ticket, meal (on duty day), and local transportation for the crew in any outstation or overseas assignment, unless otherwise stated.
2.10 DISCOUNT: Any discount offered by the package shall vary with each other from time to time due to promotions or any other special offers given to the Client.

2.11 DISCLAIMER: The Photographer agrees that every effort will be made to provide high quality photographic services. In the unlikely event that, including but not limited, a catastrophic mechanical failure should occur to Photographer’s equipment or transport and the Photographer is unable to provide the Client with the agreed photography services and / or products, the Photographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. The Photographer and Client agree that the Photographer is not responsible for any damages, emotional or otherwise. The Photographer will not deliver every RAW image taken but will provide the best quality images to represent the wedding day.

Coverage
3.1 ENGAGEMENT | PRE-WEDDING

3.1.1 PACKAGE DETAILS: Package 1 includes coverage of “Soulmate Collection“, and Package 2 includes coverage of “Bonding Session“.

“Soulmate Collection“ - RM2200 including 1 gown photoshoot session and 1 casual photoshoot session, a total of 2 sessions with unlimited shots. Package (1) includes one photographer, 5-hour coverage, high-resolution retouched soft copy photos, and a 12' x 12' photo album consisting of 40 total pages. A Photo Slideshow will be provided and more details of the photo Slideshow as highlighted in 3.1.2.
“Bonding Session“ - RM1600 including only 1 casual photoshoot session. Package (2) includes one photographer, 3-hour coverage, and high-resolution retouched soft copy photos A Photo Slideshow will be provided and more details of the photo Slideshow as highlighted in 3.1.2.
3.1.2 PHOTO SLIDESHOW: Photo slideshow will be provided along with the package offered. Selection of background music and the editing style will be based on THE EDITOR’s creativity. Photo Slideshow amendments shall be up to 2 times only.
3.1.3 THE PHOTOGRAPHER: The Photographer, LENNON the person will be the only hired Photographer during the photoshooting session.
3.1.4 STYLE OF ATTIRE/WEAR: Our standard arrangement for style will be formal (gown), semi-formal and home style/lifestyle. However, if you wish to shoot with additional style is allowed but subject to our photographer’s approval, and shall shoot within three (3) styles.

3.1.5 INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the event where the session is cancelled due to inclement weather, The Photographer shall use his best endeavor to complete the shooting within 1 day without risking The Photographer’s safety or damaging the equipment.
3.2 WEDDING DAY
“Actual Day | Full Day - Two Photographers” package - RM4200 including only 2 photographers with coverage of two sessions (Wedding morning ceremony & Wedding Luncheon/Dinner Reception). Up to only 10 hours of photography service coverage. A Same Day Edit Photo Slideshow will be provided and more info on the Same Day Edit Photo Slideshow is highlighted in 3.2.2.

“Actual Day | Full Day - One Photographer” package - RM3800 including only 2 photographers with coverage of two sessions (Wedding morning ceremony & Wedding Luncheon/Dinner Reception). Up to only 10 hours of photography service coverage. A Same Day Edit Photo Slideshow will be provided and more info on the Same Day Edit Photo Slideshow is highlighted in 3.2.2.

“Morning Ceremony | Half Day - Two Photographers” package - RM3000 including only 2 photographers with coverage of one wedding morning ceremony up to only 6 hours of photography service coverage.

“Morning Ceremony | Half Day - One Photographer” package - RM2600 including only 1 photographer with coverage of one wedding morning ceremony up to only 6 hours of photography service coverage.

“Dinner Reception | Half Day - Two Photographers” package - RM2600 including only 2 photographers with coverage of one wedding dinner reception up to only 4 hours of photography service coverage.
​
“Dinner Reception | Half Day - One Photographer” package - RM2200 including only 1 photographer with coverage of one wedding dinner reception up to only 4 hours of photography service coverage.

The Photographer understands that each wedding is unique and that on occasion, the timescales will fall out of the standards of the packages offered. For these, a bespoke fee will be provided with discretion.
3.2.2 SAME DAY EDIT PHOTO SLIDESHOW: Also as known as SDE Photo Slideshow will be provided along with the package offered and requires at least 4 hours of editing time to produce after the morning session. SDE Photo Slideshow to be advised broadcasting during wedding dinner (only), Wedding Luncheon will not provide the Same Day Edit Photo Slideshow due to insufficient editing time in between.
3.2.3 MAIN PHOTOGRAPHER: The Main Photographer, LENNON the person, will be the only hired Photographer at your wedding. Other guests/persons may take photographs at the wedding and reception; However, all “formal” or other shots set up by the Photographer are for the Photographer to photograph exclusively. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform all guests of said policy. This is to ensure the photographs are of a consistently high standard.
3.2.4 SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER: The Photographer will ask for the availability of a second photographer as a partner of the day, who will work closely with the Main Photographer. If the Client wishes to have an approved second Photographer they can be booked as dependent on availability.
3.2.5 MEALS: The Client must provide a hot meal to the Photographer(s). The food should be available before the wedding reception started so that images are not limited to what can be captured. Example: 6pm or earlier for dinner reception | 12pm or earlier for luncheon reception. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the reception venue of this agreement before the wedding date.
3.3 REQUESTED IMAGES: Where the Client provides a list of requested images to the Photographer, they will do all they can to capture the images. The Photographer is not held liable for missed coverage of any part of the event. The Photographer will not be held accountable for failure to deliver images of any individuals or any objects at the event.
Image Delivery
4.1 IMAGE DELIVERY: Depending on the season and workload of the Photographer, all final images will be delivered within 8 weeks/2 months period after the shooting date with provided on a link to download up to 6 months online cloud storage. However, the Client will be made aware of any delay.

4.2 LINK TO IMAGES: The images provided on a link, the Client is responsible for making a back-up of their images.

4.3 IMAGE STORAGE: The Photographer will store high-resolution images for 1 year after the shooting date.

4.4 EDITING: The final post-production styles, overall look, and editing are left to the discretion of the Photographer. The Photographer will provide a pleasing color balance but cannot guarantee exact color matching, due to varying materials and dyes used, plus screen resolution and settings when viewed on digital devices. It is sometimes impossible to record the exact color as seen by the human eye. The Client shall deem to have studied or reviewed the photographer’s product, style, and color adjustment upon signing the package. Therefore no color re-adjustment or re-shoot allowed in the event those adjustments are not up to the Client’s personal preference.
(Engagement /Pre-Wedding) After the post-production styled, The Editor will edit with FINE adjustment such as skin smoothness, body shape, pimples, rendering on the photos which to be used for the photo album and canvas printing purposely only with selection of 50 photos by the Client. Such editing shall only up to 2 times amendments.
(Wedding Day) There is no FINE adjustment allowed for the photos.
4.5 FILE TYPE: The Photographer will provide the final images in a standard JPG file format. The Client will not have access to any unedited RAW image files.
4.6 ALBUM PRINTING: Included only (Engagement /Pre-Wedding) with default size with 12’ x 12’ with 40 pages/20 sheets in package of Pre-Wedding. Images for the album will be selected by the Client, only if no requested on any images, the selection of image will be selected by the Photographer and proceed to the layout design. Once the Client has approved the layout and it is sent to print, the prints cannot be changed. The printed album will be provided to the Client up to one month after the Client has approved the album. Depending on the season and workload of the Photographer, projects may be delivered after this period depending on each individual booking. However the Client will be made aware of any delay.

4.7 CUSTOMIZATION: For any custom size of photo album and photo canvas printing can be required by Client. Price is subject to change due to the printing rate, so Client have to request from The Photographer if any customization needed.
Please ensure that you have made arrangements with Lennon Tan Photography to make the necessary deposit required. Until the deposit has been received, the date is still available to other clients.
